Black Dog Brewing Company is seeking a reliable high energy person to join our team and help us in our new kitchen. Our ability to offer food along with our popular beers is the next step in delivering a world class craft beer experience.

Job Summary:  Assist with kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating food, cleaning dishes, keeping the kitchen neat and clean, and generally making the Black Dog Brewery a great place for our customers to visit.

Essential Job Duties: 

• Food preparation that involves cutting, slicing, mixing ingredients, measuring, etc.
• Cooking utilizing a convection oven, range, etc. (no fryers)
• Arranging food tickets in order of receipt
• Stocking pantry items / taking inventory
• Cleaning and properly sanitizing kitchen area
• Washing dishes
• Communicating with wait staff on orders
• Kitchen setup and breakdown

Required Job Qualifications: 

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• Able to work well in team environment
