ABOUT US
Black Dog Brewing Company officially opened it’s doors in 2020 with a goal of making world class beer while holding onto our local identity. Our brewery name as well as our flag ship beer was taken from our mascot and best friend, Shelby, a Great Dane – Black Lab mix. Shelby has since passed but we try to capture her playfulness, companionship, and spirit in all of our beers. Currently, our beer is distributed all throughout Central Indiana to bars, restaurants, and package/grocery retailers. We have two locations, our main brewery in Mooresville as well as our taproom and events center in Fletcher Place, Indianapolis. The brewery itself is open Tuesday through Sunday, weekly. We offer food and beer as well as a few other drink options including wine, cider, and spirits.
Black Dog Brewing Company's bar area and patio are 21 & over. Family's with minors can find comfortable seating in our family seating area.
