Do you have a passion for pizza? Black Dog Brewing Company is seeking a reliable high energy person to join our team and help us in our new kitchen. Our ability to offer food along with our popular beers/cocktails is the next step in delivering a world class experience at Fletcher Place, Indy.
Job Summary: Assist with kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating food, cleaning dishes, keeping the kitchen neat and clean, and generally making the Black Dog Brewery a great place for our customers to visit.
Essential Job Duties:
- Pizza and Food preparation that involves cutting, slicing, mixing ingredients, measuring, etc.
- Cooking utilizing a convection oven, range, etc. (no fryers)
- Arranging food tickets in order of receipt
- Stocking pantry items / taking inventory
- Cleaning and properly sanitizing kitchen area
- Washing dishes
- Communicating with wait staff on orders
- Kitchen setup and breakdown
Required Job Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Able to work well in team environment
