Black Dog Fletcher Place is seeking part-time bartenders to join our tasting room. We’re looking for enthusiastic bartenders who thrive in a relaxed, upbeat and engaging atmosphere and know how to make guests feel at home—where great drinks, easy conversation, and a sense of community are just as important as what’s in the glass.
Essential Job Duties:
- Greeting and seating customers
- Interact with customers by answering questions and educating about Hotel Tango and Black Dog Brewing Company products
- Create delicious cocktails (from our menu)
- Operate POS system
- Help maintain the awesome atmosphere that Black Dog is known for through being polite, knowledgeable, outgoing, and fun
- Maintain cleanliness in the tasting room, storage areas, and restrooms
- Wash and sanitize glassware
Required Job Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of agesist with taproom operations, including educating, greeting, seating, and serving customers (beer and food), cleaning glassware, keeping the taproom neat and clean, and generally making the Black Dog Brewery a great place for our customers to visit.
1+ year of serving experience
Passion for handcrafted cocktails, craft beer, and customer service
Must have employee permit (server’s license) from state of Indiana
Able to work well in team environment
